The sourdough sandwich loaf is an all-purpose, deliciously simple bread.
The dough is made with a double preferment, using both poolish and leaven preferments. It is mixed and baked on the same day, resulting in a lighter, less acidic sourdough loaf.
The flavor is subtle and light for those who prefer a less acidic sourdough, while it's crust is softer than our sourdough batard and similar to traditional sandwich bread. It's great for toasts and sandwiches and whatever else you can dream up!
Ingredients: Filtered water, brown rice flour*, sorghum flour*, millet flour*, tapioca flour, potato starch, potato flour, flax seed*, extra virgin olive oil, gluten-free sourdough starter, baker's yeast, non-gmo xanthan gum, guar gum, psyllium husk powder*, sea salt, cane sugar*. Vegan.
