Pizza Dough Preparation:
Thaw dough in the refrigerator for up to a week in advance or at room temp for several hours until soft.
To shape, dust liberally with rice flour and place dough on well floured parchment paper or non-stick pizza pan. Roll or pat out dough to desired size and shape. Brush lightly with olive oil and prick dough all over with a fork.
Cover and let rest for 30-45 minutes to let rise. Par-bake at 325F for 15-20 minutes OR add toppings to raw dough and bake at 350-400F for 25-35 minutes. Dough can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week and in the freezer for several months.
