This loaf evolved from a happy accident that resulted in an unexpectedly delicious sourdough loaf resembling a classic dark rye bread. We use wholegrain teff and buckwheat flours in this loaf as well as classic caraway seeds. It has medium acidity from it's sourdough ferment paired with the earthy flavors of buckwheat, teff and caraway. If you love and miss Rye bread, this loaf is for you!
