Mini Buckwheat Harvest Loaf
These cute mini boules (approximately 6" wide and 1 lb weight) are made with our buckwheat dough and are filled with toasted walnuts, dried cranberries and golden raisins. This combination of fruit, nut and buckwheat makes for a delicious, lightly sweetened breakfast bread. It is also delicious toasted and spread with nut cheese, cream cheese or goat cheese for that unique blend of savory and sweet flavors.
Ingredients: Filtered water, California-sourced brown rice flour, tapioca flour, buckwheat flour, millet flour, sorghum flour, potato starch/flour, ground flax seed, golden raisins (raisins, sulphur dioxide, 0.1% vegetable oil), dried cranberries (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), roasted walnuts, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, yeast, non-gmo xanthan gum, guar gum, sea salt, cane sugar, apple cider vinegar. Vegan.
