This delicious 2 lb sandwich loaf is a celebration of seeds and all things GF. It was created especially for those who love a super seedy sandwich loaf and is our only loaf that contains quinoa flour.
Like all of our non-sour loaves, it mixed and cold fermented for 16+ hours before it is shaped, proofed and baked. The result is a complex, flavorful bread filled with roasted sunflower seeds, roasted pumpkin seeds, whole millet, sesame, poppy and chia seeds. We think you'll love it!
